The rates published on this site are the minimum and maximum notified to the Statistics and Rate Notification Office of the Province of Milan on an annual basis by each accommodation facility.
In accordance with Italian Law 284 of 25/08/1991, which led to rate deregulation, accommodation facilities no longer have rates set by the law, but can apply whichever rates they consider appropriate, within the minimum and maximum levels notified.
