Milan is the city of architects and design.
In Milan experimentation and new concepts of ‘living’ have provided professionals - who have revolutionised the face of the city - with a fertile terrain for their creativity. The city, considered to be the European capital of design, simply had to have a museum dedicated to this and it was conceived so that it differs constantly from itself and is dedicated to Italian genius and creativity. Not to be overlooked are the company museums that tell the story of some of the world’s most famous brand names that have contributed to the creation of the fame of 'Made in Italy' products. Of these the ones most worthy of a mention are the Alfa Romeo museum (Museo Storico dell’Alfa Romeo), the Kartell museum and the scooter and Lambretta museum.
