Here Quarter pedigree horses are bred and there is an equipped stable with a qualified western-style riding instructor. An 18th century palace and a small church mark the Cascina Bertacca, known today mainly by golf players because of the club there. It is an 18-hole course designed by the American landscape gardener David Silva, and is considered rather difficult. Twelve of the holes involve water, the greens are large and somewhat uneven and there are numerous bunkers.

An agro-touristic farm situated to the west of Milan, inside the "Parco Agricolo Sud", dealing with cereals and specialising in rice production. During 2008 some rooms were restructured within the old courtyard to provide Bed & Breakfast style agrotouristic accomodation that preserves the simple rural architectural characteristics typical of Lombaric buildings. The purpose was to create a structure intended for hospitality, without losing the atmosphere of a country house.
