Change of name
If a change of name is required for a travel/tourist agency, the following documents must be
submitted:
- request on plain paper;
- list of new names (in order of preference) signed by the owner or legal representative, to be submitted for the approval of the Board of the Council of Ministers of the Department for Development and Competition in Tourism;
- copy of documentary evidence of payment of caution money in the sum of €20,657.00 in favour of the Province of Milan in respect of verification of ownership;
- copy of documentary evidence of insurance policy in respect of verification of ownership.
The request and accompanying list must be submitted on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 9.30 and
12.30 to:
