Businesses which fail to submit their rates will be reported to the Trading Section of their Local Authority and checks may be carried out. In any case, the previous year’s rates will be published in the Hotels Yearbook.

31 October each year is the deadline for you to inform the Province, via your Local Authority , of your rates for the following year.

Price list:
Hotels and Residential Hotels (R.T.A.) must display their rates for rooms and apartments in the reception area, in accordance with the relevant example from the list below:

Businesses can display a room card inside the room or apartment, based on the relevant
example from the list below.
Unlike the price list that must be displayed in the reception area, display of the room card
is optional.
