- new Residential Hotel (R.T.A.) classification – interim and final
- change of name.
In addition, each year the Hotels Department publishes the Guide to hotels in the City and Province of Milan, which includes the rates charged by hotels and other businesses that provide indoor or outdoor accommodation (Residential Hotels, Holiday Homes & Apartments, B&B, Campsites, etc).
