To practise one of these professions you must possess a legally required qualification. To obtain this, you can sit the examinations organised by the Province of Milan each year.
In the examination announcements section you will find a selection of documents relating to previous years which you can download. Each year, when the new examinations are announced, the section is updated with the new document and the closing date for registration.
Once registration has closed, the Province checks the eligibility of the candidates, sets up the examination boards and organises the written and oral exam sessions. The dates on which the examinations are held depend on the number of registrations received.
When all the examinations have been concluded, the Province sends the Lombardy Region the list of successful candidates, which is published in the national registers, and issues the professional competence licences.
