Ceppo dell'AddaVilla Rej
Purchased from Rej, a well-known silk industrialist, it is the oldest villa in Inzago, which belonged to the Secco of Aragon. The garden of the villa overlooks the Naviglio canal with a wonderful balustrade and a small entrance gate; as was usual at the time, it was allowed docking directly at the villa.

Notes
It is private property and can only be viewed from the outside along the Naviglio Martesana.
The villa bridge was built in limestone from the River Adda, a local stone that is widely used in Lombardy
which is readily available, cheaper and more competitive than other stone materials.
It is also easily worked and has a hard base.
