Church of San Cristoforo sul Naviglio
The church, which was built in 1363, consists of two buildings, one of which dates back to the 7th century and the other, the Ducal Chapel, to 1398. The latter was erected as the fulfilment of the vow made by the population to Saint Christopher during the plague, he is the patron saint of wayfarers and travellers and the church is consecrated to him. Frescoes from the schools of Bergognone and Luini can be admired in the interior.
